We quote for each project on an individual basis because our projects vary in deadline, purpose and technicality. You'll know exactly how much you'll be paying before we go ahead and there are no hidden charges.

Minimum fee: GBP 50.00 + VAT
Translations from hard copy/image files (including .pdf): 10%-25% surcharge
Formatting charge where applicable: 10%-50% surcharge
Urgent translations (>2000 words in 24 hours): 20%-50% surcharge
Certified translations (translator-certified): GBP 50.00 + VAT (not including translation)
Certified translations (certified by notary public): GBP 100.00 + VAT (not including translation)
Supply of hard copy via post: at cost (min GBP 5.00 + VAT)
Supply of documents on CD: at cost (min GBP 5.00 + VAT)
Extra editing and proofreading: by the hour

We accept payments by bank transfer to our GBP or EUR accounts, cheque and credit card (invoices under GBP 250.00 only). Full details will be sent in our invoice.
